		<description>As I hire new talent for my organization, I only understood the Bamy Boomer sector of the work force because I am one!  Tom&#039;s explanation of how the Traditionalists fit in with Boomers and the younger generation helped my organization more dynamic.  We have become better communicators, and I have been able to set up different systems to incorporate all I learned.
